Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Complive (trading as CompGenies) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on CompGenies subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This applies to both monthly and annual Pro subscriptions, including the first payment after a free trial.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@complive.app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

3. Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the billing portal, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

4. Response times

We reply to refund requests within two business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the funds to the original payment method; your bank may take a further 3–10 days to show it.
