CompLive is an information tool. Every bid you place is your own decision.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing the CompLive extension or using the CompLive website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
CompLive provides estimated sold-price information for items based on public marketplace listings. It is an informational tool. It is not a valuation service, an appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of resale value.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Comp data depends on the item title detected and the listings available. Condition, authenticity, grading, completeness, and timing all affect real value and are not fully captured by an automated match. You are solely responsible for every bid and purchase you make.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute CompLive data. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or use it to automate bidding. Do not use the service in a way that violates the terms of Whatnot, eBay, TikTok, or any other platform.
5. Plans and billing
The free plan includes a limited number of scans per day. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. No affiliation
CompLive is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot, eBay, or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Data sources, platform layouts, and third-party APIs can change without notice and may temporarily affect detection or comps.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompLive is not liable for any purchase decision, lost profit, overpayment, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
